Raising your vibration means taking actions to vibrate at a higher frequency. The higher you vibrate, the better you will feel, psychically, mentally, and emotionally.

When you vibrate at a lower level you are in a negative headspace. You might be feeling angry, sad, stressed, jealous, or have any unpleasant emotions.

And, as I mentioned before, when you vibrate at a higher frequency you feel lighter, psychically, mentally, and emotionally. You will be filled with positive emotions such as joy, peace, love, and clarity. Your emotions are also more easily dealt with.

Vibrating at a higher frequency will also do wonders for your body. You will have little, if not, no psychical pain or discomfort.

As you raise your vibration you will begin to manifest your desires, people, and experiences to match your high vibe. You will get more in touch with your true nature and reach a new level of consciousness.

Signs of vibrating at a higher frequency include:

  • You feel grateful for what you have in life.
  • You are self-aware.
  • You have a strong sense of empathy.
  • You can better control your emotions.
  • You are motivated to reach your goals.
  • You take care of yourself and wish to grow.
  • You experience a lot of synchronicity.
  • You feel connected to something greater than yourself.
  • Your overall well-being is good, and you feel healthy.
  • You feel peaceful and stay away from drama.
  • You feel confident and trust your instincts.
  • You attract positive people.
  • You feel happy.
  • Your life feels meaningful.
  • You smile and laugh more and have a great sense of humor in life.
  • You listen to what your body needs.
  • You live in the present, more than the past and future.

How to Raise Your Vibration to Attract What You Want

It’s important to note that your vibration is constantly changing depending on your mood, thoughts, and experiences. That’s why you must continue to do the different activities regularly to maintain a high vibration level.

Below I’m sharing ten different ways to raise your vibration:

1. Meditate

Meditation is the solution to so many problems. It’s a high-vibrational activity that calms you, quiets your mind, and reduces stress.

Just 10 minutes a day is enough. Find a quiet and calm space and focus on your breath. You might notice your thoughts start to wander and that’s okay. When it happens just shift your focus back to your breathing.

2. Eat High-Vibe Food

Start to pay attention to how the food you eat makes you feel. If you eat a lot of “dead” energy you are lowering your vibration. This includes meat, fried, or processed food.

Instead, try to eat whole, plant-rich foods that raise your vibration, like organic fruits and vegetables. You will absorb the high vibe from the food which raises your vibration.

3. Listen to High-Vibe Music

Everything we consume affects the level we vibrate on, including the music we listen to. Music can help increase your energy levels, lift you when you feel sad, and give you joy.

Upbeat music with empowering and uplifting words will raise your vibration. Pay attention to how the music you listen to makes you feel, it should fill you with joy and positive emotions.

4. Go Out In Nature

Moving your body, and getting some sunlight and fresh air will instantly raise your vibration. Turn off your phone and mindfully take in the nature around you. Walking barefoot will even heighten your vibration more!

5. Be Grateful

Being grateful is a quick way to raise your vibration. When you feel grateful you block out all negative emotions.

Make it a habit to practice gratitude every day. Write down five things you are grateful for every night before you go to sleep, and you will soon be amazed to see how much gratitude positively affects your vibration.

6. Be Kind

Every time you do an act of greed you lower your vibration. The same goes for gossiping and bad-mouthing others.

While being kind and generous heightens your vibration. Unconditional love and compassion are amongst the highest vibrations. Doing something with kindness, and not expecting something in return shifts your thinking from “I want” to “I am grateful for what I already have”.

7. Think Positive

Your thoughts become your reality. If you have a pessimistic attitude you are filling yourself with negative energy.

And, by developing a positive mindset, you are guaranteed to experience a lot of positive changes in your life. Positive thoughts attract positive energy.

8. Get Your Blood Pumping

Move around, feel your blood pumping and your energy moving through you. When you exercise your body produces chemicals called endorphins. This triggers a positive feeling in the body which makes you feel euphoric and happy.

9. Repeat Daily Positive Affirmations

Repeating positive affirmations is one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration. Affirmations are a powerful tool to attract your desires while raising your vibration at the same time.

  1. I’ve never heard of this said this way — raise your vibration. This is great! Reducing alcohol intake is what I’ve been doing since last year hopefully I can maintain that.
