3. When am I the happiest? Think about what you have been doing that brings you authentic joy and happiness, and figure out why it makes you happy. Make a plan to do more of the things that makes you happy.

4. Where do I want to live? What city and what type of residence? Maybe you’re already satisfied with where you live. However, if not, please consider the possibility of moving to a place you like. Maybe even to another country?

5. Where do I want to travel? Maybe you have a secret longing for Bali or Paris. The streets of Tokyo may be calling your name or even the Grand Canyon. Will you make it happen?

6. What do I talk about doing but never actually do? In a conversation, you might say: “In the past ten years, I always wanted to go scuba diving.” Now is the time to turn your words into action!

7. What is the reason I don’t chase my dreams? Explore why you haven’t pursued the life you truly want. Can you do something different to help your dream come true?

8. How do I finish this sentence: “Before I die, I want to _________” Write it down and fill in the blanks. Then, take more necessary steps to find inspiration.

9. What do I want to remove from my life? If you find that you don’t love your whole life, it may be time to get rid of some things. List the ways you want your life to change.

10. Who in my life inspires me and why? It’s important to know who inspires you so you can spend more time with them. What is it about them that makes you light up?

12. How will I feel when I go all out to achieve one of my goals? Pay attention to these feelings. There is no doubt that you will want to experience them more often when you first become mindful of them.

13. How do I feel when I actually achieve my goals in life? You probably feel good about yourself when succeeding at your goals. Maybe proud, independent, or skilled? The more goals you achieve, the more confident you’ll be.

14. What is missing in my life? To answer this question, much in-depth soul-searching is needed. Take your time to ponder over it!

15. What kind of people do I usually gravitate towards? Your vibe attracts your tribe. Who are your friends? What type of people keeps re-appearing in your life?

16. Who are my biggest supporters? It is wise to acknowledge the people who will always be there for you on your journey to finding your true passion in life, no matter what.

17. Who is preventing me from achieving my goals? To find your true passion, you may need to remove yourself from the people who don’t support you fully.

18. What was the most challenging experience of my life, and what did I learn from it? Each experience in life comes with a lesson. What was the lesson you learned from it, and how can you help others in the same situation?
