The problem with negative thoughts is that they may eventually manifest into reality. They can also make us believe we are not good enough and ultimately lead to a downward spiral in our personal lives.
On the other hand, if we can deliberately express positive thoughts about ourselves, the effect could be equally as powerful.

How to Write Affirmations for Manifestation
Whether you believe it or not, you can attract anything you want in your life as long as you give it attention. Positive affirmation is a powerful tool that can help you with that. By believing in an affirmation and repeating it to yourself regularly, you will attract more positivity into your life!
Your words are incredibly powerful, that’s why positive affirmations are a great tool that will help you find the power to accomplish the thing you didn’t even think was possible. However, they only work if you believe in them. Keep reading to learn how to write affirmations you truly can believe in so you can start manifesting your desires.
6 Steps for Writing Positive Affirmations
Here are six steps on how to write positive affirmation statements for success:
1. Think About What You Want to Change
Everyone has something in their life that they want to change. Do you want to develop your patience? Or maybe you want to be more productive at work?
Think about a few areas or behaviors you want to improve in your life and write them down. You want to make sure that they are compatible with your values, beliefs , and the things that you find important. This will give you the motivation to achieve them!
2. Make Sure Your Affirmations Are Realistic & Achievable
Your affirmations must be based on a realistic goal. So, keep them realistic and manageable because affirmations are not magic spells… If you do not believe that you can achieve your chosen goal, it is extremely unlikely that you ever will!
3. Turn Negatives Thoughts Into Positive Affirmations
If you are struggling with negative self-talk, please take some time to write down the stubborn thoughts and beliefs that bother you. Then write an affirmation that is the complete opposite of that belief. For example, if you always think you don’t have enough talent to advance in your career, reverse it and an write affirmation like “I am a qualified and skilled professional.”
4. Use the Present Tense
To manifest your affirmation, you must write it in the present tense as if it’s already happening to you. Writing in the present tense will help your subconscious mind believe that the affirmation is already true.
5. Include Emotions
Affirmations are more effective when they carry an emotional weight. You want the affirmation to manifest, so the statement you choose to repeat should be something meaningful to you that fills you with positive emotions. For example, if you are worried about a new project that must be completed, you can repeat to yourself: “I am very excited to accept a new challenge.”
6. Write Your Affirmation
By now, you probably have some ideas about what affirmations to create. So, now is the time to write your chosen affirmations down on paper.
You want to create affirmations between one or two sentences that state your goals positively and powerfully. This may be challenging, so you should write down some ideas and repeat them out loud to find the most suitable ones for you.
